Terms of Service

Welcome to 3dskyhub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3dskyhub website, the 3dskyhub plugin for 3ds Max, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or a marketplace pack, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

3dskyhub is a platform that organizes, indexes, and presents a large library of 3D assets to support professional visualization workflows. Access to the library is provided through a subscription used together with the 3dskyhub plugin for 3ds Max, or through one-time purchases of curated marketplace packs. The composition and availability of the library may change over time as it evolves.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. Each account is personal to a single user. Your account can be used across multiple devices, but account credentials may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Subscription plans, prices, and billing periods are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• Recurring subscriptions (monthly and annual) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment and does not renew.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers using the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
• All payments are final. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Marketplace packs

Marketplace packs are curated collections of assets sold as one-time purchases. A pack does not require an active subscription. Once a pack has been purchased and made available for download, the purchase is final. Discounted pack pricing offered to active subscribers applies only while the qualifying subscription is active at the time of purchase.

5. Content and intellectual property

3dskyhub does not assert ownership over the individual 3D models, textures, or other third-party materials made available through the library. Assets are created by third-party artists and studios, and any trademarks, product names, or visual references that appear in the assets remain associated with their respective creators or brands.

The Service focuses on organizing, structuring, and presenting content in a consistent and accessible way to support professional workflows. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any underlying content to you, and you are responsible for respecting the usage rights applicable to the materials you access.

The 3dskyhub name, logo, website, plugin software, database structure, and the selection, curation, and arrangement of the library are the property of 3dskyhub and are protected by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property claims

We respect the rights of content creators. If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@3dskyhub.com with: (a) identification of the work you claim is infringed, (b) the location of the material within the Service (name, category, or URL), (c) evidence of your ownership or authority to act on the owner's behalf, and (d) your contact details. We will review valid claims promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.

7. Permitted use and restrictions

Subject to these Terms, you may access and download assets for use within your own projects and rendered work. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share downloaded asset files, whether individually or as a collection;
• upload assets obtained through the Service to other platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services;
• use bots, scrapers, scripts, or any form of automation to access the Service or download content;
• engage in mass or systematic downloading beyond normal professional use ("draining"), share credentials, or create multiple accounts to bypass limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.

We may apply technical measures such as rate limits, session or device caps, or temporary blocks to protect the Service. If abuse is detected, we may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

8. The plugin

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the 3dskyhub plugin for 3ds Max on devices you control, solely to access the Service under an active account. The plugin may update automatically or require updates to continue working with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the Service and its content accurate, available, and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation, nor compatibility of any asset with your specific software versions, render engines, or hardware.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3dskyhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its content, including but not limited to data loss, workflow interruptions, or compatibility issues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the restrictions in Section 7. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
