This page explains how 3dskyhub handles copyright, and how an author or rights holder can ask us to remove an asset. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Who owns what
3dskyhub organizes, indexes and presents 3D assets. We do not claim authorship or ownership of the individual models, textures or materials in the library. Copyright in each asset belongs to the artist or studio who created it, and any trademarks, product names or brand references that appear in an asset remain with their owners.
2. What a subscription or a pack pays for
A subscription or a marketplace pack pays for access to the service: the organization, indexing, storage and delivery of the library, and the tools built around it. It does not transfer authorship or ownership of any asset, and it grants you no rights beyond those described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
If you are going to use a model in a commercial project and its author sells it, we encourage you to buy it from the author.
3. If you are the author or the rights holder
Write to hello@3dskyhub.com with “Copyright” in the subject line and tell us:
We do not ask for notarized documents or legal paperwork. When a request contains those four points we remove the material within 48 working hours and confirm by email once it is done. We will not argue the merits with you: if you hold the rights and you want it out, it goes out.
4. What removal means
When we remove an asset we delete the file and its preview from our storage, we remove its entry from the library index, and we delete the corresponding post from our Telegram channel if there is one. The asset is flagged so that it is not published again. Copies already downloaded by users are outside our control; our Terms prohibit users from redistributing them.
5. If we removed something by mistake
If your material was removed and you believe the claim was wrong, write to hello@3dskyhub.com explaining why, together with evidence of your rights. We will review it and restore the material if the claim does not hold.
6. Users of the service
Assets are for use in your own projects and rendered work. You may not resell, redistribute, share or re-upload them, individually or as a collection, on any other platform, marketplace or file-sharing service. See Section 7 of the Terms of Service.

We may update this page. The current version is always published here with its “Last updated” date.
