Refund Policy

3dskyhub provides digital products and services with immediate access upon purchase. Because access to digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments (monthly, annual, and Lifetime) are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
  • You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; no refund is issued for the current billing period, and you keep full access until it ends.
  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused downloads, or periods in which you did not use the Service.
  • To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges that have already been processed are not refundable.

    • 2. Marketplace packs

    Marketplace packs are one-time purchases of digital content. Once a pack has been purchased and made available for download, the sale is final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the files have been downloaded.

    3. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

    If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and digital services, this right is lost once performance has begun. By completing a purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content or service, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.

    4. Exceptions

    The following situations are handled individually — contact us and we will resolve them:

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors;
  • Payment processed without the corresponding access or product being delivered;
  • Any refund required by mandatory applicable law.

    • 5. Chargebacks

    If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at hello@3dskyhub.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is reviewed.
